We will discuss how a Facebook friend sent Jessika into a tailspin and led to this discussion. We will also discuss the differences Jessika noticed between living in the United States and living in Japan in the race context. Jessika will share her experience with diversity training and what White privilege means to her. Finally, we will discuss projection in the White community on the subject of race.
