Along with several other talented people\, Mr. Lyles has utilized various platforms to share the emboldening message that each person has a purpose in life\, and this is not to be reduced to the irrelevant spectrum of their skin color or physical appearances. \nAdrian is an entrepreneur who owns an investment advisory firm among other ventures. He has a passion and a deep belief that financial literacy is the key to upward mobility in America. Lyles promotes that everyone needs to be informed how the financial system operates\, and the longer we focus on proclaiming that skin variations is the primary issue\, people will continue to suffer from poverty and other matters related to financial illiteracy. \nFamily and faith are at the center of Adrian’s motivating inspiration. He has a wife whose skin color is noticeably different than his own. Ensuring that his children understood that they were loved before they were formed in the womb\, has been a propulsion for his daily mission. Teaching his children to reject the classifications and labels cast by society is led by his faith.
