Conversation Series – John Wood Jr.

During this conversation, I will be speaking with John Wood Jr., the National Ambassador for the Braver Angels organization, a donor-funded organization dedicated to depolarization of American politics through what the website calls “patriotic empathy.” (https://braverangels.org/) I learned of Braver Angels when I suddenly began receiving invitations to their events through my job. John ended up inviting me to participate in a panel discussion on his podcast, and now it’s time for him to appear on mine!
We will discuss the evolution of our respective race consciousness, how John’s depolarization work is going, the similarities and differences in our approach to racial equality, and much more. Come listen and bring your comments and questions to the chat!
