During our preinterview Zoom call, Dietwald described growing up in his family like growing up in a cult promoting a sprawling Nazi conspiracy theory. He will recount that experience, describe the choice he made to begin the deprogramming process, what that process has been like, and how he approaches raising his son as a result of his journey.
